5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

If a bonus is not used within a set period after being received, it will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

The bk344 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold, and up to 1.5% at Platinum. Moving to a higher tier is possible through continued active play.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Once a game round is completed, its result will be considered final. No result can be changed without clear evidence of a technical error.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk344 and any one of them may result in immediate account closure:

Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Opening an account using a third party's identity.
Using fraudulent betting strategies to obtain bonuses.
Attempting to hack, crack, or make unauthorised modifications to the platform's software.
Playing using bots or automated software.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards other users.
Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
Attempting identity verification with fake or altered documents.

If a prohibited activity is detected, all funds will be forfeited, the account will be permanently closed, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

bk344 strives to ensure uninterrupted service at all times, however the service may be temporarily unavailable due to routine maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. bk344 will not be liable for any loss arising from this.

8.2 Gaming Losses

Both winning and losing are possible in gaming. bk344 is not liable to compensate for any money lost in gameplay. Users decide to play entirely at their own risk and discretion.
